Bruschetta.
I do like tomatoes, basil, olive oil and decent bread, but let's steal some smorrebrod from the Danes instead. How about little rounds of rye or pumpernickel with cucumber, tomato and dill. Add grape tomato, salmon, shrimp, deviled ham, sardine or eggs. You may have to give up olive oil. But you get sour cream!
