Last chance for zoo by night

Tonight is the last chance this summer to enjoy Lowry Park Zoo after hours with entertainment. The final Swinging Summer Safari Night begins at 5, the zoo's normal closing time, and runs until 8:30. Regular admission applies: $10.50 for ages 3 to 11, $13.95 seniors and $14.95 adults. The zoo is at 1101 W Sligh Ave., Tampa. (813) 935-8552.

So nice they're playing twice

The Ford Amphitheatre reprises a show from its opening weekend a little more than a year ago: Earth, Wind & Fire with Chicago. The show is at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the amphitheatre, Interstate 4 at U.S. 301 N, Tampa. $18-$75. (813) 740-2446.

Art fest, a year late

Hurricane Charley killed the inaugural Clearwater Fine Arts Festival last year, but organizers persevered. The first edition of the festival Saturday and Sunday will feature 75 artists with fine arts and crafts, paintings, prints, ceramics, jewelry and more in air-conditioned comfort at the Harborview Center, 300 Cleveland St. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. (727) 556-0550. Free.
