HOLIDAY - A man fired a paintball gun into his neighbor's yard, striking two girls in the legs, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office said.
Kenneth Charles Penzkofer, 44, of 5220 Bob White Drive will face aggravated battery charges.
The arrest report said Penzkofer was standing in the street with an air-powered paintball gun about 7 p.m. Saturday and began firing toward his neighbor's house. One girl, 8, was hit in both legs. Her 11-year-old friend also was struck in the leg. Both girls had bruises, the report said.
Penzkofer, who told the Sheriff's Office he was aiming for a target in the street, remained in county jail Sunday. Bail was set at $3,500.
