HATTIESBURG, MISS.: Breelynn Daigrepont, 14 months, sleeps through the heat while her father, Joshua Daigrepont, waits in line Wednesday for gas at a Sam's Club. The family got to the Sam's Club at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday only to get three cars away from the pumps before police shut them down because of a citywide curfew.
