DEVELOPER: Specialized Holdings Group LLC

DESCRIPTION: Three-story building with three townhomes. Each has 1,630 square feet, two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The exterior architectural style is a nod to Ybor City's cigar factories and commercial buildings of the early 20th century.

PRICE: $349,000

ARCHITECT: John Jernigan of Tampa

AMENITIES: Hardwood floors; stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in kitchens; granite countertops in bathrooms; attached one-car garage for each unit.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "I wanted something cool and different," said Dennis Carney of Specialized Holdings Group. "I didn't want to go beige, beige, and beige, like you see in Brandon. I wanted to go with some sort of industrial or factory look." As for his habit of naming projects after their address, "It's much, much easier to keep track of."

TIMELINE: Construction should start in about two weeks and finish by February or March.

MOVE-IN DATE: March FOR INFORMATION: Call listing agent Patty Kampsen at Florida Executive Realty, 832-5400, or go to www.specializedholdingsgroup.com
