SunTrust Bank, Tampa, announces these promotions: Laura Head, vice president in the real estate finance group; Matt Boyd, first vice president in the real estate finance group; and May Weber, senior vice president in the credit administration line of business. Head was an assistant vice president; Boyd was a vice president; and Weber was a first vice president.

Michelle Dolezal has been named a senior trainer in the national training and development department at Market Street Mortgage, Clearwater. Dolezal was a trainer for Universal American Mortgage Co., Clearwater.
