Bite of watermelon.
Nothing cools off summer like sweet cold melon and in far more ways than as a slice of garnish. Clever chefs combine cold melon with cool cheeses (try feta), nuts and a few fresh herbs such as mint or cilantro. SideBern's made it into an updated Greek village salad. Or try watermelon in fruit salsas or juice it for mixed drinks.
