Investigation continues in Regency Parks death

PORT RICHEY - Investigators have spent the week collecting about 1,000 pieces of evidence from the home of 79-year-old Beverly B. Bobrick, who was found dead there Sunday night, Pasco sheriff's spokesman Doug Tobin said Thursday.

From the condition of her body and other evidence, investigators have determined that she died between about midnight Saturday and 5 a.m. Sunday, Tobin said. The Sheriff's Office encourages anyone who might have seen activity around the home near that time to call 1-800-873-8477.

Deputies found Bobrick in the bedroom of her home on 7811 Red Run Drive. She had multiple wounds, details of which have not been released by the Sheriff's Office. It was the second time in less than a month that Bobrick's white stucco Regency Parks home had been burglarized. Aug. 26, someone came in, rummaged through her medicine cabinet and took a white glass bowl filled with change from her dining room table.
