NEW PORT RICHEY - No charges will be filed in the crash that killed a 39-year-old man Tuesday night as he walked into the southbound lanes of U.S. 19 near Cross Bayou Boulevard, police say.

Dexter Lee Viverette was struck twice. First he was hit by a Chevrolet Celebrity driven by Rodney Bailey, 59, of Palm Harbor, then by a Chevrolet Camaro driven by Lani Laska, 19, of New Port Richey.
