Teenager is accused of sex assault on girl, 7

SPRING HILL - A 15-year-old Richard Milburn Academy student was arrested Monday, accused of performing sexual acts with a 7-year-old girl, a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report says.
Troy Andrew Ludwick of Chorvat Avenue faces a charge of sexual battery. He admitted the acts to a detective, the report says.
Ludwick was taken to a juvenile assessment center.
