Church to offer animal blessings

St. Mark's United Methodist Church will hold its annual Blessing of the Animals at 10 a.m. Saturday. Members of the public are invited to take their pets to the outdoor event, during which the Rev. Mary Beth Packard, the church's pastor, will bless each animal. The church is at 6801 38th Ave. N, St. Petersburg. Call 345-8863.
