ZEPHYRHILLS - A 42-year-old man was arrested late Tuesday, accused of attacking two people with a knife. Leavy Wright Ernest, of 37022 Gieger Road, was charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault. According to a Pasco Sheriff's Office report, Ernest was arguing with Sheila May Isham about driving on her property when Keith Lee Isham approached and a fight began. The report said Ernest stabbed Keith Isham in the back and chased Sheila Isham. The stabbing victim was flown to St. Joseph's Hospital. His condition was not available Wednesday. Ernest told deputies he took the knife from the Keith Isham, but doesn't recall the stabbing. "I'm going to jail for no reason," Ernest told deputies. "When I get out, I'll give them a reason to go to prison." Ernest was in the County Jail on Wednesday, held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
