Wedge of lime with my soup . . .
The cute little green garnish is not just for water glasses or Corona. A squeeze of citric acid (Greek egg lemon soup shows it doesn't have to be lime) adds great spark to almost any soup. Try it with sopa de tortillas, other chicken soups and the plainest lentil, pea, bean or tomato soups.
