Elmo and his Sesame Street pals are on the road again, this time singing and dancing about colors with new friends Professor Art, the Palettes and Blanche the Polar Bear.

Sesame Street Live: Elmos's Coloring Book arrives at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center this weekend for seven shows. Expect musical numbers, including Fuzzy and Blue, Red Hot Tango, Yellow Polka and My Favorite Color.

Performances are at 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m., 1 and 4 p.m. Saturday and 1 and 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the center, 1010 N MacInnes Place, Tampa. Tickets are $10, $14 and $18 plus service charge. (813) 229-7827.

Circus offers amazing moves

Don't expect to see lion tamers or elephant acts at the Moscow State Circus, which presents three shows in Tampa on Sunday. This is a Russian circus, featuring acrobats, contortionists, aerialists and other athletic performers. Many started their training in the Russian gymnastics schools.

Shows are at 1, 4 and 7 p.m. Sunday at the USF Sun Dome, 4202 E Fowler Ave., Tampa. $22, $7.50 ages 12 and younger. (813) 974-3002.

High-flying fun takes off at AirFest

Three-time world aerobatic champion Patty Wagstaff is the featured flyer this weekend at the third annual Suncoast AirFest. Wagstaff is a member of the National Aviation Hall of Fame and is featured in the National Air and Space Museum at the Smithsonian Institution.

Other performers include national air show pilots Otto the Copter, John Mohr, Jim "Fang" Maroney and Bob Cox, plus World War II vintage aircraft formation flights. On the ground, the displays include all sorts of aircrafts plus antique cars, food and more.

AirFest runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Albert Whitted Airport, 107 Eighth Ave. SE, in downtown St. Petersburg. $10 adult advance, $12 at gate, $10 seniors at gate, kids and active military free. 727 822-1532; www.suncoastairfest.org
