Sola Vista Condos

By MICHAEL CANNING
Published October 7, 2005

LOCATION: 4207 N A St., just west of Lois Avenue.

DEVELOPER: Joseph B. Kerstein

DESCRIPTION: Two three-story buildings with three condominiums each. Each has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,138 square feet. The style is Mediterranean.

PRICE: Mid to upper $300,000s.

DESIGNER: Alan Butler of Precision Drafting and Design, Brandon.

AMENITIES: Hardwood floors, crown molding, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances, air-conditioned two-car garage with each unit, individual climate zone for each floor.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: Kerstein, who's also a broker for Friends International Properties and Investments of Carrollwood, has owned the property for 25 years. Until April, a 1928 12-unit apartment building stood on the site. "It wasn't conducive to spending money on rehabbing it," he said.

MOVE-IN DATE: April 2006.

FOR INFORMATION: Call Joseph Kerstein at 969-2400.
