LARGO - A West Virginia man charged with DUI-manslaughter and leaving the scene of a fatal crash was sentenced to more than 11 years in prison this week.

Jonathan E. Warren, 30, pleaded guilty to the charges Monday. Judge Linda Allan sentenced him to 111/2 years in prison and ordered his driver's license revoked.

The charges stem from a crash in September 2004 that killed pedestrian Tina M. Lincicome, 34, of Clearwater.

Lincicome was walking near the curb on 66th Street N. near 51st Avenue when she was hit by a 1999 Ford Expedition driven by Warren, authorities said.

He left the scene but was apprehended and arrested.
