Nicole C. Kibert has been elected to the executive council of the environmental and land use law section of the Florida Bar and is the recipient of the Council's Judy Florence Memorial Outstanding Service Award for her efforts with the Access to Justice Committee related to environmental justice. Kibert is an associate and a member of the real estate and mortgage financing practice group at the law firm of Carlton Fields, Tampa.
