Published October 28, 2005

DEVELOPER: High Point Development

DESCRIPTION: One four-story building with seven condominiums. The units will range from 1,500 to 2,250 square feet. Each will have two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, or three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.

PRICE: Four of the seven units sold for $439,000 to $539,000. Prices for the remaining units will be in the low $400,000s but haven't been set yet, said listing agent Jack King.

ARCHITECT: John Saldana of Rojo Architecture in Tampa

AMENITIES: Hardwood floors in living and dining rooms; crown and base molding; granite counter tops; lobby elevator; and large balconies.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "It looks like the building could be commercial or residential," Saldana said. It blends with the rest of the neighborhood, which is dissected by commercial thoroughfares. "It's truly a mixed-use area."

TIMELINE: Construction should start within two months and take 12 to 18 months to complete.

MOVE-IN DATE: Upon completion of construction.

INFORMATION: Contact Jack King at Rick Wolfe and Associates at www.3117swann.com or 600-4600.
