- Third annual Downtown Neighborhood Association Courtyards and Rooftops Tour, 3 p.m. today. Guided tour visits properties on or near the St. Petersburg waterfront with landscaped courtyards or rooftop city/water views, including Townview Condominium, Bayfront Tower, St. Petersburg Museum of History and the Museum of Fine Arts. Ticket price ($20) includes catered reception in courtyard between Bay Gables Bed & Breakfast and Chateau France restaurant on Fourth Avenue NE; live music; silent auction to benefit Resurrection House. - Dunedin Youth Guild 36th annual Holiday Tour of Homes, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 3. Tickets: $15 in advance at Dunedin Chamber of Commerce, City Hall, Romantic Jewelers or Boxcar on the Trail.
