Rotary clubs shine spotlight on good grades of students

CITRUS SPRINGS - Rotary clubs in the county recently hosted a breakfast at the Citrus Springs Community Center to recognize Upward Bound students for the first grading period. The Upward Bound program honors students who make positive progress in school.
