Car lovers can bask in new models, concept cars, hot rods, Beetles, antiques and more this weekend at three big auto events: the Tampa Bay International Auto Show, the Zephyrhills Fall AutoFest and the Pasco Bug Jam.
The Tampa Bay International Auto Show, today through Sunday, features 2006 vehicles from 35 manufacturers plus lots of cool concept cars and celebrity rides, including Hulk Hogan's Viper, shown here. The show runs noon to 10 p.m. today and Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St. $4-$8. The Zephyrhills Fall AutoFest, also today through Sunday, adds dirt track exhibition racing by old-time stock cars and midget cars to the mix of antiques, classics, street rods and more on display. And more than 400 Volkswagen Beetles, from 1949 to 2005, are expected at the Pasco Bug Jam on Sunday.
