State Rep. Gus Bilirakis, R-Palm Harbor, will be the featured speaker at a 10 a.m. service today at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens, 1750 Curlew Road, Palm Harbor. Retired Coast Guard Rear Adm. William S. Schwob will be the master of ceremonies. Members of more than 20 veterans organizations and their auxiliaries are expected to attend. Light refreshments will be served. Call 789-2000.
