Tell me what it's like to have your senior season turn out this way.
No matter what, you always want to go out with a bang. With everything that's gone on the last two years with this program ... I can't think of a better way to go out. We're already guaranteed a winning season. We're bowl eligible. We might be able to play for the conference championship. If we can get eight wins, that would be unbelievable.
Describe coach George O'Leary.
He's very demanding, I guess you could say. He knows what he wants and he gets it no matter what. The thing I like about him is he treats everybody equally. Players, coach, administrators ... if someone does something he doesn't like, he yells at them like he would anybody else. It's very funny to watch.
What's the mood this week, now that you're bowl eligible?
It's a great feeling. When you set a main goal like that, and reach it ... it's very easy to get into a comfort zone. Kind of, let's kick back and relax. The main thing the coaches are doing this week is they're not letting us get into our comfort zone.
So I guess there's a lot of that equal opportunity yelling going on.
