It's walking distance to retail, restaurants, to medical offices. It's right next to a retention pond, so you don't have other townhomes looming next to you."
Craft added that the name Villas of Tampania will likely be changed.
TIMELINE: Demolition of an old apartment building on the site should being in January, Craft said. Construction should start in March and finish that fall. MOVE-IN DATE: Fall 2006
