THE HOT TICKET: St. Louis (4-4) at Seattle (6-2), 4:15 p.m.
THE SCOOP: The Seahawks and Rams have the league's top two offenses, respectively, which makes this NFC West showdown an old west shootout. The past six have been decided by an average of six points, including the Rams' 27-20 wild card win last season. Look for the Seahawks to pound the NFL's leading rusher, Shaun Alexander, and the Rams to air it out as quarterback Marc Bulger and receivers Tory Holt and Isaac Bruce return from injuries.
KORTH'S PICK: Seahawks 31, Rams 28THE BUCS: Redskins (5-3) at Bucs (5-3), 4:15 p.m., Ch. 13
THE SCOOP: The Bucs will try to get rookie Cadillac Williams and the running game going against the Redskins, whose run defense ranks 21st in giving up 119.8 yards per game. But like most teams, Washington will crowd the line of scrimmage and throw a variety of blitzes at quarterback Chris Simms. Tampa Bay's top-ranked defense will need to shut down big-play receiver Santana Moss.
