Largo officers will meet public Thursday at Ted's Luncheonette

LARGO - Join Largo police officers Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for a discussion at Ted's Luncheonette, 1201 Clearwater-Largo Road. This program will give residents the opportunity to talk informally with Largo officers. Call the Largo Police Department at 586-7427.

Charter revisions update among topics at chamber luncheon

LARGO - The Largo/Mid-Pinellas Chamber of Commerce presents a business luncheon today from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. with state Sen. Dennis Jones and state Rep. Kim Berfield at East Bay Country Club, 702 Country Club Drive. An update on the proposed Largo city charter revisions is among the issues to be discussed. Bay area writer will share tips on how to get rid of clutter

LARGO - Tampa Bay writer Michelle Passoff, author of Lighten Up! , will explain how to start the new year off right at the Largo/Mid-Pinellas Chamber of Commerce women in business holiday tea, 3 to 5 p.m. Dec. 1 at Marriott Suites, 1201 Gulf Blvd., Sand Key. Passoff will share practical ways to create space by eliminating clutter. The cost is $15 for chamber members and $25 for nonmembers.
