A medium apple with skin, 3.7 grams of fiber.

1 cup broccoli, boiled, 4.5g.

1 cup brown rice, cooked, 3.5g.

1 medium raw carrot, 2.2g.

1 cup boiled red kidney beans, 13.1g.

1 medium oat-bran muffin, 5.2g.

1 cup cooked oatmeal, regular, 4g.

2 cups air-popped popcorn, 2.4g.

Two slices whole-wheat bread, 3.8g.
