Man accused of shooting student held on $2M bail

TAMPA - The 18-year-old accused in the shooting last week that killed a King High senior and injured three others near campus was held Sunday in lieu of $2-million bail.
Otis Lorenzo Neal is charged with second-degree murder in Thursday's death of 17-year-old Dalshon Walton. Neal faces three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm - one charge for each surviving victim. Other charges include six probation violations.
Neal was arrested early Friday after witnesses identified him as the shooter, according to Hillsborough County sheriff's detectives. Tipsters helped investigators find Neal.
Passer-by finds body of missing Oldsmar boater
The body of a missing Oldsmar man was found Sunday floating north of the Courtney Campbell Parkway.
Terrence Orndorf, 30, had been missing since Thursday, when he launched his 15-foot motorized canoe at the Philippe Park boat ramp in Safety Harbor. His boat was found Friday without the motor, almost 3 miles south, along the Courtney Campbell Parkway.
A passer-by found Orndorf's body about 1:30 p.m. Sunday. It was found a quarter mile north of the center span of the parkway, Pinellas County sheriff's spokeswoman Marianne Pasha said.
Orndorf was identified after his wallet was found in the pocket of his shorts.
