TAMPA - The 18-year-old accused in last week's shooting that killed a King High senior and injuring three others near campus was held Sunday in lieu of $2-million bail.

Otis Lorenzo Neal is charged with second-degree murder in Thursday's death of 17-year-old Dalshon Walton, a popular student. Neal faces three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm - one for each surviving victim.

Neal was arrested early Friday after witnesses identified him as the shooter, according to the Hillsborough County sheriff's detectives. Tipsters helped investigators find Neal, who lives at 3104 24th Ave. E in Tampa.
