Got a minute? Drew Weatherford, FSU freshman QB

You grew up as a fan of the FSU-Florida game. What do you think it will be like to be a part of it?
I probably won't understand it until I actually walk out on the field. It's kind of surreal right now. I don't realize I'm getting ready to walk into the Swamp and play the Gators. It's surreal.
You visited Casey Weldon?
I saw Casey. I told him I was coming home. He wanted me to bring tape of our last couple of games, but I didn't have the opportunity to get them. I just brought Florida (tape).
Casey's FSU teams lost back-to-back games in 1991 (Miami, then Florida). Did you guys talk about that?
At times, you feel like you lose three games at Florida State and the world's crashing. He brings reality to it. He's real encouraging. It makes you realize that other people have gone through it. Other great players have gone through it. Other great quarterbacks have gone through it. It's a chance for me to learn.
What's Thanksgiving like at the Weatherford house with such a big family?
There's a lot of food. It's hilarious. It's my favorite holiday.
