Register your kindergartener

Parents of incoming kindergarteners and new students who will be entering Pinellas County Schools for the first time in August 2006 must register their child to participate in the school choice application periods that begin in February and March 2006.
Parents are urged to register for a student identification number as soon as possible. During December, parents may register their child between 4 and 8 p.m. at one of the satellite locations listed below:

Parents should bring the following information: an original or certified copy of the child's state-issued birth certificate (children must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1 to start kindergarten in August); proof of residency (a recent utility bill for power, water, cable, sewer or noncellular phone or lease agreement with the parent/guardian's name and service address on it); the child's Social Security card (optional); a recent report card for students entering grades 1-12 (if available).
