SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Dion Harris hit a shot from the corner with his foot on the 3-point line to break a tie as Michigan finished with an 8-0 run to beat Notre Dame 71-67 on Saturday.

After Harris' shot with 16 seconds left gave the Wolverines (5-0) a 69-67 lead, a 10-foot jumper by Chris Quinn rattled out of the basket. Lester Abram then made a pair of free throws with 1.9 seconds left to clinch the victory.

The Irish (2-2) led 65-60 when Quinn, who scored 20 of his 26 points in the second half, hit a 3-pointer with 3:03 left. Quinn then made a pair of free throws with 2:18 left, but the Irish didn't score again. Quinn aired a 3-pointer on Notre Dame's next possession under heavy pressure by Abram.

Daniel Horton scored 13 of his 19 points in the second half and finished with seven assists and two steals to pace the Wolverines. Graham Brown had 13 points and 10 rebounds, including four points during the final 8-0 run, Harris finished with 12 points and Courtney Sims added 11 points and nine rebounds.

Juan Palacios led the Cardinals (2-0) with 19 points and Louisville shot 59 percent from the floor in the second half to pull away in its first game in almost two weeks.

NO. 9 MEMPHIS 91, CINCINNATI 81 : Freshman Antonio Anderson emerged from his deep shooting slump by scoring 32, and Memphis used its balance and depth to beat host Cincinnati. Anderson, who had made only 10 baskets all season and was shooting 34.5 percent from the field, went 11-of-15 in a breakout game that helped Memphis (6-1) get only its second victory in its last 10 games against Cincinnati.
