WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "Given the scale of the architecture and the way the buildings are to be stacked, (the project) lends itself well to the Tuscan expression," architect Hayes said. Some of the earmarks of that expression will include "use of stone along the base of the building, balconies, raised entries that have landings along the way, so you bring someone up gradually into the building. The proportions are typically tall and narrow."
