ARCHITECTURE

Enrique A. Woodroffe has been elected regional director of the Florida Caribbean Region of the American Institutes of Architects. Woodroffe is president of the Woodroffe Corp. Architects, Tampa.

CONSTRUCTION

Creative Contractors Inc., Clearwater, announces that Brett Johnston and Joseph B. Primiani have been promoted to senior project managers. Johnston and Primiani were project managers.

Matthew Campo has been named vice president of land development at High Point Development, Tampa. Campo was president of Burcaw and Associates, Tampa.

ENGINEERING

John Hancock has been named process engineer at LifeSource Engineering Inc., Seminole. Hancock was maintenance manager at Valero LP, Netherlands Antilles.

Randy Hoskinson has been named subsurface utility engineer (SUE) manager at KCI Technologies Inc., Tampa. Hoskinson was a field services manager at ATS, St. Petersburg.

Donald J. Vrana has been named chief financial officer at PBS&J, Tampa. Vrana was chief accounting officer, controller and treasurer of SITEL Corp., Omaha, Neb.

FINANCIAL

Gary Compton has been promoted to mortgage consultant at HomeBanc Mortgage Corp., Tampa. Compton was the builder account support specialist for HomeBanc's Central Florida region.

Dan Ochman has been named director of development at Benjamin Tower Foundation, St. Petersburg. Ochman was senior publisher and sales manager at Florida Health Care News, Temple Terrace.

PSCU Financial Services, St. Petersburg, has named Antonio Hill director of marketing services and Kenton Potterton director of credit services. Hill was director of consumer marketing at Trinsic, Tampa; and Potterton was vice president of operations and risk management at Baxter Credit Union, Vernon Hills, Ill.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. John Robert Hamill Jr. has been selected Surgeon of the Year by the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons. The award recognizes leadership, contributions and dedication to quality dermatologic surgery. Hamill is founder of Gulf Coast Dermatology, Hudson.

HOSPITALITY

Michelle Serra has been named director of sales and marketing at the Embassy Suites Hotel Tampa-Downtown Convention Center. Serra was director of sales and marketing at the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore.

LEGAL

Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill and Mullis, Tampa, announces Dawn A. Carapella, Edward B. Carlstedt and Patrick J. Poff have been elected shareholders at the firm.
