Jocelyn Chapman has been named vice president, retail banking executive and branch manager at Old Harbor Bank, Countryside. Chapman was branch manager at the North Countryside office of SouthTrust/Wachovia.
Kent Moegerle has been promoted to city president for North Pinellas and Clearwater at SunTrust Bank. In addition to his new responsibilities, Moegerle will continue to serve as wealth services manager for the Tampa Bay area market.
