WHAT TO WATCH FOR: Both teams are struggling. The Lightning has lost three of four, and the Rangers have lost three in a row. ... Lightning center Brad Richards has points in seven consecutive games and 17 of the past 18. Center Vinny Lecavalier has points in seven of the past eight. ... Left wing Ruslan Fedotenko, out for the past two games with a bruised left hip, practiced again Wednesday and could play. Defenseman Pavel Kubina skipped Wednesday's practice for "body maintenance," but should play. ... Entering Wednesday's games, the Rangers have the second-best penalty killing unit in the league at 87.7 percent. Their 92.6 percentage at home is No.1. ... The Rangers' Jaromir Jagr leads the league with 51 points. ... Don't be surprised if former Lightning center Michael Nylander is scratched. Despite being third on the team with 29 points, Nylander leads the team with 42 minutes in penalties, including three stick-related penalties during Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Devils, and has drawn the ire of coach Tom Renney.
