And some more Mahon, San Simon, Idiazabal, also from Spain. The cheeses are more readily available, especially during the holidays. No matter what your heritage, check out butcher shops, ethnic delis and bakeries for breads, cookies, candies, meats and cheeses that taste of long ago and faraway.
