Let the Orchestra Guild design your home for sale

TAMPA - The Florida Orchestra Guild seeks a home in South Tampa to use for its 2006 designer show house.

The home should be for sale or about to go on the market. Designers need access to the home in mid February to wallpaper, paint and decorate. The guild will offer public tours from March 18 through April 9.

The house must be at least 4,000 square feet, but 6,000 to 8,000 square feet is preferred. It must have sufficient space for a tearoom and boutique, plus ample parking on the grounds or close by.

This is an unusual opportunity for a homeowner who may keep the permanent installations, and may opt to buy the furniture, draperies and decorative accessories. If interested, call Kathy Woods at (813) 633-7988.
