DADE CITY - The owners of a mobile car lubrication shop are accused of failing to pay more than $33,000 in state sales tax.

Glenda Anderson Healey, 64, and Martin Thomas Healey, 58, both of 38999 Sumner Lake Road, face charges of theft of state funds. Renee Watters, a spokeswoman for the Department of Revenue, said Thursday that during various periods between February 2001 and June 2004, the Healeys did not file tax returns for their business, Enviro-Lube. In all, they owe $33,390, Watters said.

Both turned themselves in Wednesday, the Sheriff's Office said. They were released from the county jail in Land O'Lakes later in the day after posting $5,000 bail apiece.
