Pastor's son indicted in Dec. 12 slaying

NEW PORT RICHEY - A grand jury indicted the son of a pastor Thursday morning on a charge of first-degree murder.

Authorities say 18-year-old Joshua Huba's jealousy over a 15-year-old girl caused him to shoot Patrick Riesenberg, 21, in the head. The shooting happened the evening of Dec. 12 in front of the girl's home in Cypress Trail Apartments.

Huba was arrested later that evening. He is the son of Rev. Mark T. Huba, who is pastor at the Upper Room Apostolic Church in New Port Richey.
