Recently I was quoted in another newspaper as saying that I am satisfied with Karla Owen's performance as Zephyrhills city attorney when, in fact, I said that I did not feel that I have had adequate time in the length of my service to the city to be able to properly analyze or publicly criticize Owen's services.
