A clean sweep for the clutter-challenged

Decluttering expert Michelle Passoff, author of Lighten Up! Free Yourself from Clutter, offers a winter schedule of decluttering and organizing classes.
- At the Interbay-Glover Family YMCA, 4411 S Himes Ave., Tampa, a one-day class, "Lighten Up! Free Yourself from Clutter," will be from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Jan. 21. Cost: $45.
- At the same location, a three-session series, "Create Your Legacy, Not a Mess," dealing with downsizing, bequeathing and getting an estate in order, meets from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Jan. 26 and Feb. 2 and 9. Cost: $65.

- At the University of South Florida, Tampa campus, Passoff will offer "Clean Clutter Now," from 7 to 9 p.m. March 7, 14 and 21. Cost: $125 (late fee of $25 charged starting March 2).
- Also at USF, "Organize Your Legacy," 7 to 9 p.m. March 30, April 6 and April 20. Charge: $125 (late fee charged starting March 25).
