SALT LAKE CITY - Dwyane Wade followed his third career triple double by nearly getting his fourth, finishing with 31 points, eight rebounds and eight assists in the Heat's 100-94 win over the Jazz on Saturday night.
Shaquille O'Neal had 14 rebounds and 12 points despite two quick fouls in the first quarter. Miami improved to 4-2 on a seven-game trip, which concludes Monday in Los Angeles when O'Neal returns to face the Lakers.
The Heat can use the day off.
Miami was coming off a 117-104 victory Friday at Seattle, but the short trip to Salt Lake City didn't seem to faze the Heat as it outrebounded the Jazz 50-36 - pulling down 18 offensive boards.
Andrei Kirilenko had 25 points, eight rebounds and six assists, and Mehmet Okur finished with 20 points and 14 rebounds for the Jazz.
WIZARDS 114, HAWKS 106 (OT): Gilbert Arenas scored seven of his 33 in overtime as Washington got its seventh consecutive victory over the Hawks. Antawn Jamison and Caron Butler each finished with 23 points for the Wizards, who have won six of their past eight in Atlanta.
SPURS 80, GRIZZLIES 79: Tim Duncan made a layup off an inbound alley-oop pass from Manu Ginobili with 7.2 seconds left to lift host San Antonio. Ginobili scored 20 for the Spurs, who led by 15 midway through the third quarter before Memphis charged back behind Bobby Jackson and Mike Miller.
SUNS 115, CAVALIERS 106: Host Phoenix overcame a 46-point performance by LeBron James to win its ninth in 11 games. James told USA Basketball chief Jerry Colangelo before the game that he would play at this year's world championships and the 2008 Olympics, then put on a show that included eight assists and seven rebounds. But it wasn't enough against the deep, high-scoring Suns. Shawn Marion had 25 points and 12 rebounds and Steve Nash 20 points and 15 assists for Phoenix, which shot 55 percent.
PISTONS 114, BOBCATS 91: Richard Hamilton led a balanced attack with 19 points for host Detroit. Charlotte dressed 10 players, as Sean May (knee) and Jake Voskuhl (ankle) stayed home with injuries. Seven Pistons scored in double figures, including 16 each from Tayshaun Prince and Antonio McDyess, and 10 points and 13 rebounds from Ben Wallace. Detroit had 35 assists, one short of a season best.
MAVERICKS 110, NETS 77: Josh Howard scored 29 and Keith Van Horn added 23, going 5-for-5 from 3-point range in the first half, for host Dallas. Dirk Nowitzki added 16 points for the Mavericks, who beat the Nets for the 11th straight time. New Jersey hasn't beaten Dallas since March 2, 2000.
HORNETS 86, ROCKETS 80: Chris Paul had 17 points, six rebounds and five assists in his third game after injuring his right thumb, leading visiting New Orleans. Juwan Howard had 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Rockets, who fell to 0-11 without Tracy McGrady, who has missed the past three games with back spasms.
PACERS 91, BULLS 89: Stephen Jackson scored 21 of his 29 in the second half and Anthony Johnson's basket with 3.9 seconds left gave short-handed Indiana a road win. Already without Ron Artest, inactive for the past month, the Pacers played most of the game without leading scorer Jermaine O'Neal, who sprained his left ankle with 6:46 left in the second quarter.
NUGGETS 100, BUCKS 93: Carmelo Anthony scored 38 for Denver. It was the first game back in Milwaukee for George Karl, who coached the Bucks from 1998-2003.
