A Homosassa man was arrested Friday morning, accused of pointing a shotgun at his wife's head and saying, "This is what I have for you."

James P. Davis, 46, confronted his wife, Lucetta, before 8 a.m. while she was parked in a vehicle outside a friend's house, an arrest report said.

Lucetta Davis, 49, told a deputy that she and her husband argued about money.

Davis was booked into the Citrus County jail on charges of aggravated assault and battery. No bail was set.

According to the report, when a deputy asked Davis if he wished to speak, Davis placed his fingers in his ears and said he did not understand English.
