David Gillett has been promoted to transportation group leader at MACTEC Engineering and Consulting Inc., Tampa. Gillett was a senior project engineer.

V. Raymond Ferrara has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Financial Planning Association of Tampa Bay. The award recognizes exemplary leadership and dedication in advancing the ideals and principals of the financial planning profession. Ferrara is president and chief executive of ProVise Management Group LLC, Clearwater.
James A. Fulp has been named executive vice president, director of sales, in the independent contractor division at Raymond James Financial Services Inc., St. Petersburg. In addition to his new responsibilities, Fulp will continue to serve as president of the Financial Institutions Division of Raymond James Financial Services and senior vice president of Raymond James & Associates Inc., managing the correspondent services division.
