ORLANDO - Hedo Turkoglu scored 30 and the Magic limited Phoenix to just one basket in final 4:48 of a 111-102 victory over the tired Suns on Tuesday night.
Turkoglu hit an 18-foot jumper with 6:12 left to break a tie at 95 and had eight more points down the stretch to help Orlando gain control of a see-saw game.
"Home wins are huge, no doubt about it," Magic coach Brian Hill said. "We got excellent contributions from everybody at some point in the game and I was obviously pleased with our defense at the end. Phoenix is a tough team to defend."
Dwight Howard added 22 points and 12 rebounds for the Magic, which matched its season high with a fourth consecutive victory. Steve Francis had 15 points and six assists.
"We aren't playing any defense at all right now," said Suns forward Shawn Marion, who led his team with 26 points and 16 rebounds. "It seems like we exert all our energy on offense and exert no energy on defense."
HEAT 94, GRIZZLIES 82: Dwyane Wade scored 18 of his 25 in the second half, helping Miami pull away. Shaquille O'Neal had 20 points and 15 rebounds in 30 minutes for Miami, which won its 51st consecutive home game when leading after three quarters. Wade had 13 points in the third, just one fewer than Memphis' total in the quarter, as the Grizzlies saw a one-point halftime deficit become a 75-61 margin entering the fourth.
76ERS 109, KINGS 103: Allen Iverson scored 41 and Chris Webber had 17 points and 13 rebounds, leading host Philadelphia over undermanned Sacramento. The Kings were without Peja Stojakovic, who stayed back at the team's hotel after a reported trade to Indiana for Ron Artest fell through. Mike Bibby had a career-high 44 points and Kevin Martin added 20 for the Kings, who lost their third straight. Sixers reserve forward Lee Nailon wasn't in uniform because he was arrested after a domestic dispute. The team did not give any details.
PISTONS 107, TIMBERWOLVES 83: Chauncey Billups beat his old team by five points in the third quarter, sparking the streaking Pistons and giving Detroit coach Flip Saunders a satisfying return to Minnesota. Billups had 27 points, eight assists and seven rebounds and outscored the Timberwolves 18-13 by himself in the third. Saunders was fired in February after taking the Timberwolves to the playoffs eight times in his 91/2 seasons.
CAVALIERS 96, PACERS 66: LeBron James flirted with a triple double in front of the man who patented them. James met with Oscar Robertson, then had 23 points, eight assists and seven rebounds for host Cleveland. Indiana couldn't do much to slow Cleveland's All-Star in the third when he scored 12 - one fewer than the Pacers - and the Cavs outscored Indiana 27-13.
SPURS 104, BOBCATS 76: Beno Udrih had season highs of 17 points and eight assists and Tim Duncan had 14 points and nine rebounds to lead the host San Antonio as Charlotte lost its eighth straight.
NUGGETS: Center Marcus Camby was cleared to play after missing 14 games with a broken finger.
