WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: The project is named after Arthur Candito Michelini, the father of LIST's governmental consultant Steve Michelini. He developed a manual computer that calculated aircraft fuel consumption and later became an intelligence officer for the Air Force. Now an Alzheimer's disease patient, he lives in a nursing home in Biloxi, Miss.

MOVE-IN DATE: Upon completion of construction.

FOR INFORMATION: Call Rodriguez at (813) 598-0889.
