Today's events include a kumquat growers' open house from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in St. Joseph and a children's parade of tricycles, bicycles, wagons and walkers at 3 p.m. (from the Cares parking lot on 5th Street to Live Oak Avenue) in Dade City.
