FOLK MUSIC: Singers, songwriters and musicians Steve Gillette and Cindy Mangsen will perform folk songs at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Center, 324 Pine St. (inside City Hall). The husband-and-wife team have separate reputations and musical histories. Gillette is best known as a guitarist and songwriter. Mangsen is known for her voice and trio recordings with Priscilla Herdman and Anne Hills. She adds guitar, banjo and concertina to his guitar and fiddle. Admission is $13 for nonmembers, $11 for members or students. Call 942-5605.
BARBERSHOP CHORUS: The Academy Chorus, an award-winning Tampa Bay area men's barbershop chorus, will sing at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Center, 324 Pine St. Admission is $13 for nonmembers, $11 for members or students. Call 942-5605.

TREAT FOR BIRDERS: The Clearwater Audubon Society will start a field trip at 8 a.m. Wednesday at Eagle Lakes Park in Clearwater. A 1- to 2-mile walk to identify raptors, migratory song birds and more through a former orange grove. For information, call Mike McDonald at 409-0459.
SONGS OF THE RAILROAD: Folksinger, storyteller and Autoharp virtuoso Adam Miller will perform at 8 p.m. Feb. 3 at the Train Depot in Tarpon Springs. Information: 942-5605.
CONTINUING
DIMINUTIVE ART: The 31st Annual International Miniature Art Show will continue through Feb. 5 at the Dunedin Fine Art Center, 1143 Michigan Blvd. The show features 800 miniature works of art, including paintings, drawings, prints, scrimshaw and sculptures. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Artists from England, Canada and the United States will give demonstrations. The show was judged by Michael Milkovich, a past director of the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg. Sponsor is the Miniature Art Society of Florida. Call 298-3322.
WILD HORSES: Twenty-three photographs of the wild horses at Wild Horse Sanctuary in California are on display through Feb. 25 in the Osceola Gallery of the Clearwater Main Library, 200 N Osceola Ave. Katey Barrett took the photos at the sanctuary, home to nearly 200 rescued wild horses and burros. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Call 562-4970, ext. 5284.
