Class covers money matters for condo owners

CLEARWATER - A free class on condominium financial management will be from 9 a.m. to noon Feb. 23 at the LaQuinta Inn & Conference Center, 21338 U.S. 19 N.

The course covers financial statements, income tax, reserves and financial health.

The class is presented by the Suncoast chapter of the Community Associations Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides information and education to residents, owners and service providers of condos, co-ops and homeowners associations.
